Java Developer - Spring/Hibernate

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Code Development : Write clean, efficient, and reliable Java code for various applications. - Testing and Debugging : Participate in testing and debugging of code to ensure high-quality output. - Collaborate on Projects : Work with team members on assigned projects, following best practices and adhering to company coding standards. - Documentation : Assist in preparing technical documentation for code, procedures, and updates. - Learn and Grow : Keep up-to-date with the latest Java technologies, frameworks, and trends in software development. - Support and Maintenance : Assist in maintaining and improving existing applications, fixing bugs, and enhancing functionality. Requirements : Education : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Skills : - Strong foundational knowledge of Java (OOP principles, exception handling, collections, etc.) - Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and databases (SQL) - Familiarity with frameworks like Spring and Hibernate is a plus - Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking - Ability to work independently as well as in a team Technical Tools : - Knowledge of Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) like Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA - Basic understanding of version control systems, such as Git Soft Skills : - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods (ref:hirist.tech)
