In addition, lack of expertise as complexity and scale increase is a big challenge for organizations. Astuto is establishing an engineering team in Bengaluru and is on the lookout for exceptional founding engineers to drive our vision. Job Description : We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, Flask, FastAPI, and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL). Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain backend services with python (FastAPI) - Design, implement, and maintain RESTful web services and APIs to support various front-end applications - Understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, Redis and Kafka. - Open to research and adopt new tech stack/s when needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software. - Follow agile development methodologies, participate in sprint planning, and contribute to the development process. - Troubleshoot and debug issues in both development and production environments Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field - Proven experience and deep understanding of python programming language, its idioms, and effective python coding practices. - Good to have experience with FastAPI framework and background tasks - Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, and the ability to optimize data storage and retrieval - Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines. - Good to have knowledge of Kubernetes - Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional team (ref:hirist.tech)
