Product Owner

Role : Product owner Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Product Owner who can drive the vision and execution of one of our core products. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of product management, agile methodologies, and have experience in a startup environment, particularly in the B2B enterprise and SaaS domains related to MDM and security solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Product Vision and Strategy : Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and market needs. - Backlog Management : Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value and return on investment (ROI). - Scrum Leadership : Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and ensure the product roadmap aligns with strategic goals. - Cross-functional Coordination : Collaborate with development, design, and marketing teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality features and enhancements. - Market Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and best practices to inform product strategy and improvements. - Product Releases : Plan and manage product releases, ensuring clear communication of new features and functionalities to stakeholders and users. - Product Advocacy : Serve as the product ambassador, both internally and externally, providing guidance and support on product-related matters. Objectives : - Lead team scrums to define and refine the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Align product development with strategic goals by collaborating with internal teams and external partners to analyze needs and prioritize the product backlog. - Work closely with developers, designers, and marketing teams to maintain a backlog that reflects business value and ROI. - Stay current on agile project management trends and best practices to continuously improve processes. Required Skills : - Product Management Expertise : Proven experience as a Product Owner in a B2B enterprise or SaaS environment, ideally within the MDM or security domain. - Agile Methodology : In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience leading Scrum teams. - Product Management Tools : Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and other relevant project management and prototyping tools. - UI/UX Knowledge : Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience with prototyping tools. - Technical Understanding : Knowledge of device ecosystem guidelines for platforms such as iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS. - Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess value, prioritize work, and mitigate risks. - Communication Skills : Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts. - Organizational Skills : Outstanding time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications : - Masters degree in a related field such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering. - Previous experience as a Scrum Master and in a startup environment. - Certifications in Agile or Scrum methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
