Siebel Developer - Telecom Applications

As a Siebel Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Siebel applications, primarily focusing on telecommunications solutions. You will work closely with a team of engineers to deliver high-quality, efficient, and reliable Siebel solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement Siebel applications, including customization of Siebel modules and components. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop Siebel scripts, workflows, and integrations to automate business processes. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex Siebel issues. - Perform data migration and data validation tasks. - Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Siebel technologies and industry best practices. Required Skills and Experience : - Strong proficiency in Siebel CRM, including Siebel Open UI, Siebel Tools, and Siebel Server. - In-depth understanding of Siebel architecture, data model, and business services. - Experience in Siebel configuration, customization, and integration. - Strong knowledge of Siebel scripting language (eScript). - Experience in Siebel workflow development and debugging. - Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for Siebel data manipulation and integration. - Experience with Siebel data validation manager and its components. - Understanding of Siebel EAI and integration with external systems. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills : - Experience with Siebel Telecommunications applications, particularly in the areas of order management, provisioning, and customer care. - Knowledge of Siebel analytics and reporting. - Experience with Siebel migration and upgrade processes. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (ref:hirist.tech)
