Astria - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer - Python/R/Java

Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with 3 years of experience to help us design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI algorithms, statistical modeling, and deep learning frameworks. This role will involve working closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to drive impactful AI innovations. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for various applications such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, computer vision, or recommendation systems. - Work with large datasets to clean, preprocess, and extract meaningful features for model development. - Implement and optimize algorithms using AI and machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, product) to integrate AI solutions into production environments. - Continuously monitor and improve the performance of AI/ML models in real-world applications. - Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technologies and incorporate these insights into product development. - Contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines for AI/ML : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. - 3 years of professional experience in AI/ML development. - Strong experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.). - Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical modeling techniques. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. - Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment of machine learning models in production environments. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. - Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
