Chief Product & Technology Officer

Job Description : As the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO), you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the technology strategy to drive the platform from the MVP stage to full commercialization. Partnering with the Founder/Chairman and the business team, you will oversee the delivery of a comprehensive solution to government ministries, covering all citizen touchpoints, including smartphones, feature phones, and a tech-enabled field force. You will be responsible for building and leading an in-house team, incorporating AI-led solutions, and ensuring secure third-party integrations. Roles and Responsibilities : - Develop, refine, and own the platform technology vision and strategy. - Lead the delivery of a holistic solution across various citizen touchpoints (smartphones, feature phones, field force). - Build and manage an in-house development team and drive AI-based solutioning. - Oversee secure integration with third-party platforms. - Collaborate with other business functions to make key decisions throughout the product lifecycle. - Ensure alignment between technology, customer needs, and business goals. Skills and Qualifications : - 15 years of delivery experience in a Systems Integrator (SI) or Independent Software Vendor (ISV), with direct exposure to the public sector. - Entrepreneurial mindset to manage ambiguity and strong empathy for the cause. - Proven experience in leading in-house technology teams or managing external vendors. - Strong understanding of technology, customer needs, and product development. - Ability to effectively communicate with technical teams and leverage core competencies. - Experience with Google Cloud and Vertex AI is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
