Salesforce Developer - Lightning Component Framework

SALARY : 15LPA - : - Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project requirements - Translate functional requirements into effective solutions by developing clean, scalable, and maintainable code using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Develop and manage integrations with external applications and systems, leveraging REST/SOAP APIs and middleware as required. - Translate business requirements into technical designs, providing high-level and detailed estimates for development efforts. - Leverage Salesforce declarative features to build processes and flows for automation, reducing manual effort and enhancing productivity. - Conduct thorough testing (unit, system, and user acceptance testing) to ensure high-quality solutions; manage deployment to production - Document designs, configurations, and code to maintain an accurate record of project implementations. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing best practices and driving continuous learning. - Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and develop tailored Salesforce solutions. Experience / Exposure : - Minimum 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with at least 5 successfully completed projects. - Salesforce Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II or other certifications (preferred). Skill Sets : - Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce products. - Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration techniques, and data migration. - Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies (preferred) - The role is with the Corporate Office of a Manufacturing Giant with 6 days working (Only Second Saturday Off) (ref:hirist.tech)
