This role requires expertise in building and scaling full-stack applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. Key Responsibilities : - Develop, test, and deploy robust full-stack applications using the MERN stack. - Lead the integration and management of APIs and third-party services. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Perform code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and mentor junior developers. - Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance. Technical Skills Required : - JavaScript & ES6 : Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript, including ES6 features. - Frontend Frameworks : Extensive experience with React.js, Next.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap. - Backend Technologies : Expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. - API Development : Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture. - Version Control : Proficient in Git and familiar with branching strategies. - DevOps Tools : Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines. - Cloud Services : Familiarity with AWS or Azure for cloud deployments and management. - Tooling & Testing : Understanding of Webpack, Babel, and testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha. - Security : Experience with authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT) and implementation of security best practices. - Methodologies : Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
