Role : Senior Instructional Designer Location : Chennai Education : Bachelor's Degree Experience : 3 to 5 years Shift : General Job Brief : The ideal candidate will develop engaging eLearning content using tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia (optional), and iSpring Suite. Responsibilities include curating learning materials, ensuring branding consistency across all training initiatives, managing intranet portals, WordPress platforms, and enhancing user experiences within the LMS environment. Required Skills : - Adobe Illustrator - iSpring Suite - Articulate 360 - WordPress Roles & Responsibilities : - Design eLearning modules using authoring tools like Articulate 360 and iSpring Suite. - Curate and develop learner-centric content with a focus on instructional design principles. - Manage branding and visual consistency for all training materials. - Create presentation templates and professional training decks. - Manage intranet portals and WordPress sites, optimizing user experience. - Ensure seamless LMS user experience and manage LMS configurations. - Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to meet content needs. - Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, Blooms Taxonomy, etc.) for effective learning experiences. - Conduct quality checks on all learning content. Competencies for the Job : - Expertise in eLearning authoring tools like Articulate 360, iSpring Suite, and other relevant software. - Experience in template creation, branding, and visual design for training initiatives. - Proficiency in managing intranet portals and WordPress-based platforms, ensuring content management and optimal user experience. - Knowledge of instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, and experience with SCORM/AICC standards.
