Job Description

Position Summary Reporting to the Senior Director Europe Operations, oversee the management of the plant to achieve assigned objectives, contributing to the definition of production processes and guaranteeing their monitoring in terms of safety, quality, costs, and productivity, in compliance with company strategies. Main opportunities and challenges Work in a fast-paced environment with technical and coordination tasks in a global organization that offers visibility and recognition. Main Responsibilities Ensure the achievement of objectives set during the annual planning process (AOP) and subsequent forecast updates. Ensure the fulfillment of the plant's manufacturing programs, with a focus on customer satisfaction, through the management of resources (labor, equipment, auxiliary materials) and in compliance with company objectives. Ensure compliance with the quality objectives of production activities to guarantee product conformity for the customer. Oversee the management of industrialization activities for new and existing products, with a view to continuous improvement of production processes. Oversee the maintenance of the efficiency of plant equipment, respecting the budget and minimizing downtime costs. Define, in collaboration with the General Management, investment plans for the technological upgrading and the development of new technologies, within the approved budget. Ensure the continuous improvement of production methodologies and processes, in accordance with the company strategy, in order to optimize productivity and cost objectives. Guarantee the correct management of suppliers, monitoring their service level and quality, and intervening in collaboration with the Purchasing function for any necessary corrective actions. Represent the company interface with the customer for quality and logistics issues. Manage, in collaboration with Human Resources, labor relations at the plant and employee training/development activities, ensuring supervision of the training of production personnel. Manage the Plant budget and monitor related expenses, taking any necessary corrective actions. Manage plant personnel, fostering a positive work environment, monitoring performance, and ensuring the selection, training, and development of resources. Ensure, for the area of competence, the correct application of the Health, Safety, and Environment Management System procedures. Ensure, for the area of competence, the correct application of the Quality System procedures. Ensure, for the area of competence, the promotion of the principles, behaviors, and company vision regarding Diversity and Inclusion issues. Job Position Requirements Education: University Master Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering. Professional background: Experience in a similar role in automotive, mobile or aeronautic companies.
