Position Summary: As Program Manager for our Program Management Office, you will act as the main point of contact towards the customer (airline) and the aircraft manufacturer for all project related aspect. The PM will liaise with all the internal stakeholders to coordinate the program/project to the successful completion of the milestones. Main Tasks: professional lead of an interdisciplinary project team and assume project/program responsibilities in terms of cost, schedule, quality; Main focal point for the customer, OEM and internal stakeholder; Responsible for planning and execution of Program Milestones; Risk and Cost Analysis. Background: Bachelor in the field of Engineering; Relevant professional experience in the aerospace industry (cabin items is preferred) Around 3-5 years of relevant work experience; Organizational and analytical talent as well as customer oriented attitude; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Result driven – able to execute with high personal accountability; Fluent in English is mandatory, French/German preferred.
