Field Application Engineer

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Field application Engineer in the North East Italy sales region for the automation market (PLC, HMI, networking; servodrives and brushless motors; photoelectric sensors). Support existing customers on site (basic configuration of installations, software training, programming support). Apply deep analytical thinking and problem solving, select products and analyse applications, including related documentation. Contribute to the definition of sales department goals and strategies. Reporting visits through the Customer Relationship Management tool. Participation in local and international meetings and workshops. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Mechatronics or Automation, Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, alternatively technical high school with 3 years' experience in a technical field. Work experience of 2 to 5 years in a similar position will be considered a plus. Knowledge and understanding of the mentioned markets and applications will be considered a plus. Technical mindset with commercial understanding and customer orientation. Team spirit, goal orientation and problem solving skills. Fluent knowledge of Italian and English (all relevant documentation will be in English). Willingness to travel. Residence in Veneto region .
