ELECTRICAL PROPOSAL ENGINEER

Per azienda cliente, gruppo multinazionale leader nel mondo settore sistemi elettrici, sede in zona Milano Nord, ricerchiamo la figura di un/una: ELECTRICAL PROPOSAL ENGINEER SUMMARY OF ROLE Interpret Customer’s request for quotation and project specifications Prepare technical proposals and cost calculation for the solution Make remarks and exceptions to project specification relevant to the proposed solution Support the sales team during alignment and negotiation process Possible commitment in transversal activities, such as to support R&D, Electrical Engineering and Sales teams in activities not related to a specific project of supply. PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The job holder should: Receive Customer’s RFQ from the sales department Identify Customer’s needs for specific projects Identify the technical solution best fitting the functional requirements with the lower cost Estimate the costs of materials, equipment, and other supplies constituting the technical solution Keep contacts with suppliers in coordination with supply chain team Estimate the workload required by the project in terms of Application Engineering, R&D and Project Management Prepare detailed documentation to support a bid for a project Work closely with sales and technical teams to provide a complete and competitive technical solution Participate in Customer meetings for such as solution presentation, technical clarification, etc. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Frequency: Occasional travels REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Education and Qualifications University Degree in Electrical Engineering MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. SAP, AutoCad, MathCad and any Network Analyzing Tool are preferential title Experience Technical background in Drives and Motors Knowledge in Switchgears and Distribution Systems Knowledge in Medium Voltage applications is preferential title Minimum 2 years in HW or SW design Languages Fluent written and spoken English (B2-C1) Contratto di lavoro: Tempo indeterminato vetrinabakeca J-18808-Ljbffr
