Commissioning Manager

Adecco Consultants are searching for a highly regarded General Contractor operating in the Data Centres sector for the position of Commissioning Manager. Purpose: To be the manager responsible for supervising and coordinating the successful commissioning of the CSA services. Responsibilities: Coordinate with our consultants and the client's commissioning team to facilitate the handover of services from subcontractor to client. Prepare commissioning documentation, check it for adequacy, and issue it to the client. Ensure all documentation and test information is issued to the client at the end of the process. Establish milestones from the overarching project programme to ensure successful progression and communicate those clearly to the package contractors. Oversee the commissioning process, including arrangements, timings, records, etc. Ensure all project safety requirements are met and obtain QA documentation to ensure successful closeout of all contract QA requirements. Act as the immediate point of contact for subcontractor site management. Keep accurate records to protect the Company in future discussions. Ensure on-site instructions from the client's authorized personnel are recorded and managed. Conclude the packages to the Company's and client's satisfaction, including snagging and all requirements of the Company procedures. Requirements: Demonstrated experience in a similar capacity on successful projects of similar size and complexity. Ability to provide up-to-date references in support of CV and achievements. Ensure information required for client and other meetings is available 48 hours before the meeting. Up-to-date knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office suites. Highly Desirable (but not essential): Own transport and driving license.
