Job Description
Brand Communication, Advertising & Events Advisor City: Genova Location: Genova, IT, 16128 Contract Type: Permanent Division: Global Communication Level of experience: Intermediate RINA is currently recruiting for a Brand Communication, Advertising & Events Advisor to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global Communication Division. Mission The Brand Promotion & Development Advisor role aims to enhance the company's brand visibility and market presence through effective advertising, event management and communication strategies. The Brand Communication & Events Advisor can take full responsibility for medium complex tasks and contributes to the planning, execution, and management of promotional activities to ensure alignment with corporate goals and drive business growth. Key Accountabilities Communication Material Management: - Lead the creation of high-quality content and management of all external marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, tailored materials). - Proofread and update all external marketing materials. - Approve and oversee content for all promotional messages (events’ artwork messages, new initiatives). - Ensure strategic collaboration with the graphic and press offices for effective communication. - Ensure all corporate materials content complies with relevant regulations, including copyright and data protection laws. Events Management: - Plan, organize, and manage company events worldwide, including exhibitions, conferences and client events. - Lead budget management and ensure cost-effective event execution. - Plan the logistical arrangements sharing with participants all information required for their carefree attendance. - Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure events meet objectives and deliver value. - Perform site visits of venues to ensure that they can meet the event requirements. - On-site participation in events when needed, ensuring successful execution of event activities, also on-site. - Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Administrative Tasks: - Ensure comprehensive budget verification and compliance for all promotional activities, if required. - Lead supplier management, negotiate visibility benefits in contracts, and ensure rigorous due diligence and legal compliance, in line with company procedures, if required. - Verify that all orders received by Business Units are in line with the Budget and compliance with the Project before approvals, if required. Sponsorship Management: - Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities, if required. - Manage relationships with sponsors and partners, if required. - Ensure sponsorship activities are strategically aligned with company goals if required. - Ensure rigorous due diligence and legal compliance, in line with company procedures, if required. Advertising Management: - Lead the creation of new messages and new claims, if required. - Assist in managing the advertising budget, if required. - Support the development and execution of advertising campaigns across various channels, if required. - Track and report on the performance of advertising campaigns, if required. - Ensure strategic collaboration with the graphic office, press office and official website team for effective advertising campaigns, if required. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media or Other Qualifications - 1-3 years of experience in communication, advertising and events management. - Excellent communication skills. - Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong understanding of advertising principles and events management. - Strong understanding of sponsorships and event management. - Excellent organizational and project management skills.
