Seus Deveres

As a Marketing Controller, you will act as the marketing business partner, working closely with the marketing team to drive strategic initiatives and support key marketing decisions. Your role will be essential in ensuring financial performance and aligning marketing strategies with overall business goals. Your main responsibilities include:

• Financial Oversight: Monitor market share, net sales, margins, and marketing budgets to assess their impact on profitability. Provide insights and analysis to guide marketing planning and execution, and recommend actions to optimize campaigns for better financial results.
• Strategy Implementation: Lead the local marketing planning process, ensuring alignment with regional briefs while coordinating with Marketing and Finance Directors.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee the product portfolio life cycle, assessing profitability and recommending optimizations for launches, relaunches, and promotions.
• Marketing Efficiency: Ensure effective allocation of the marketing budget by collaborating with the local Marketing Lead and media manager.
• Management Information Support: Develop management information systems in collaboration with the Center of Excellence, tailored to local KPIs for informed decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams and departments to enhance business processes and support strategic decision-making.
• Business Support: Actively support the broader business objectives by providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations that drive growth and enhance operational efficiency.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and support your team, providing guidance and resources to help them excel in their roles. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, encouraging team members to take ownership of their projects and contribute to strategic goals.

Seu Perfil

Your Profile

University degree, preferably in Economics or Business Administration.

At least 5 years of experience in a finance or controlling managerial role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills across different hierarchies and functions.

Proactive and collaborative working style, able to influence and steer cross-functional teams.

Good commercial business sense and understanding.

Fluency in written and spoken English.
