A renowned company in the food industry is looking for a motivated professional to join their team as a Supply and Logistics Planner. Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will be responsible for: Overseeing international product transportation in collaboration with freight forwarders and 3PL providers. Setting up and monitoring planning data related to the products under your responsibility. Contributing to the definition of monthly and annual quotas to meet business needs. Identifying stockout risks, analyzing logistics data, and implementing solutions to maintain high levels of customer service. Planning weekly container needs based on seasonal fluctuations and forecasts. Supporting the launch of new products and tracking promotional campaigns with the marketing and sales teams. Collaborating closely with internal teams, including production sites, procurement, and raw material planning, to ensure smooth processes. Developing supply plans based on inventory goals, sales forecasts, customer orders, and production capacity. Documenting operational processes and sharing knowledge with stakeholders to ensure continuity of operations. Skills and Qualifications: A university degree in business administration or supply chain management. 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally in supply or production planning within a consumer goods sector. Strong proficiency in Excel and excellent analytical skills. Familiarity with planning tools is an asset. Fluency in both written and spoken English and French. Why join this company?
