Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing customer requirements and developing a compliance matrix for both hardware and software.
• Leading system development using FCE tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and DOORS.
• Establishing internal requirements and interpreting/analyzing customer requirements.
• Logging all technical issues in a unified issue tracking list.
• Managing engineering changes through the change control process.
• Coordinating cross-functional reviews.
• Ensuring system engineering processes align with FCE best practices and GTS standards/guidelines, including ergonomics, ASPICE, and ASIL standards.
• Releasing system engineering documentation.

Qualifications

• You have a 4 or 5 year degree (engineer or equivalent) with specific training/experience in the fields of transportation, automatics, IT, or other well suited degree/background.
• In the context of international projects, a good English level will be necessary. German is a plus
• Knowledge of automotive or transportation systems and DOORS will be relevant to have.
• Strong understanding of System/Software Engineering fundamentals and concepts.
• Working knowledge of vehicle architecture, communication protocols (CAN, FlexRay, LIN, Ethernet), diagnostic protocols, vehicle dynamics, and interfaces.
