Essential Skills :

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years as a Scrum Master or related role.
• Jira Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Jira for project management and tracking.
• Digital Product Engineering: Experience managing digital product engineering teams.
• Certification: Scrum Master Certification required.
• German Fluency : Fluent German speaker

Responsibilities

• Drive the creation and improvement of agile processes within the team.
• Coach and mentor consultants to find the best solutions for project challenges.
• Collaborate with project teams to analyze systems and design strategies for adopting agile best practices.
• Guide teams in staying on track with agile methodologies and fine-tune approaches as needed.
• Lead agile workshops for development teams, functional teams, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate continuous learning and development through coaching.
• Communicate agile principles, Scrum practices, and operating models across teams.
• Champion the use of metrics and objective measures to track team performance.
