Technical Lead

A fast-growing company is seeking a Tech Lead to guide a cross-functional team and drive the development of a programmatic platform in the advertising space. This role is ideal for experienced developers with leadership skills, particularly those who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of up to 6 engineers (frontend, backend, QA).
• Collaborate with product leads to build scalable solutions for a bidding platform.
• Oversee architecture with a focus on TypeScript/React (frontend) and Golang (backend).
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence.
• Start hands-on with development and transition into a leadership role.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of tech lead experience.
• Strong skills in TypeScript, React, and Golang.
• Experience with dashboards or bidding platforms is a plus.
