Job Title: Recruitment Administrator
Contract: 6 Months Contract
Location: B37 Birmingham
Salary: £13.33 to £14.36 Per hour
Working Hours: 08:30am to 17:00pm
About the Role:
We are recruiting for a leading player in the construction industry, known for their commitment to quality and innovation. Their projects span various sectors, including commercial, residential, and infrastructure. We are seeking a motivated and experienced In-House Recruitment admin to join our client team for a 6-month contract, with the potential for a permanent position. This role is critical in supporting our recruitment efforts to attract top talent across various functions, particularly in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and on boarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilise various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Assist in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
Requirements:
Experience within recruitment ideally with internal experience
Construction experience would be ideal
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
