Job Description

As a Senior Water Hygiene Technician you will be responsible for a range of water hygiene tasks, including TMV servicing, chemical descaling, leading on disinfection works, remedial and some plumbing works.

* Monitor and collect water samples for Legionella risk management.

* Service and install thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs).

* Conduct routine inspections of water tanks and associated systems.

* Perform calorifier blowdowns to ensure system efficiency and hygiene.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Conduct water hygiene tasks: descaling, tank cleans, disinfection's, TMV servicing etc.
Train and audit junior staff in all water hygiene tasks.
Lead and supervise other engineers on water hygiene duties. Ensure IT literacy for reporting and diagnosing remedial works from risk assessment recommendations.

Strong experience in water hygiene engineering.
At least 2 years in a relevant water hygiene role - NVQ L2 Plumbing (preferred)
Full clean/manual -UK Driving License
Hours of work: 08:30am - 16:30pm (Monday to Thursday) 08:30am - 16:00pm (Friday)
