Location: Kettering Area
Salary: £52,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (Days and Nights)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Attend and resolve breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct fault-finding and diagnostics on electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Electrical bias with relevant experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• HNC or NVQ Level 3 or above in an engineering discipline.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
