Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• To perform full services on a range of ULT Freezers (-20C to liquid nitrogen) and also to support our sister company, MTS Cryo Stores which an Offsite Sample storage facility.
• To complete scheduled repairs for our clients throughout the UK, in keeping with our high-quality standards.
• Support to our contract clients (on a circling rota with other Engineers).
• Deliver equipment with the use of our trucks to site and perform full installation of new and repaired freezers.
• Workshop repairs of client freezers.
• Support MTS Cryo Stores with Sample Transport and Disaster Recovery call outs.
• Will have support of the Managing Director, with 30 years ULT engineering knowledge and experience

Person Specification:

• Self-motivated and independent individual who can work with minimal supervision.
• Hardworking individual who strives for excellence.
• Flexible, willing to travel for work.
• Good communication both written and verbal.
• Knowledge/experience of wide range of ULT freezer brands, not essential but desirable.
• Experience in Refrigeration engineering (desirable)
• BTEC or equivalent in Engineering, not essential but desirable.
• FGAS Certified (desirable).
• UK Drivers Licence
