Interconnects Technical Lead
SALARY - UP TO 53,500!
LOCATION - STEVENAGE, BRISTOL OR BOLTON

The role:
This Technical Lead role involves managing Interconnect work packages across a range of products, focusing on creating customised cable designs that meet specific customer, environmental, and technical needs. The position requires end-to-end responsibility for delivering manufacturable, cost-effective solutions on time and to quality standards. Key duties include planning workloads, budgeting, conducting design reviews, and generating documentation, all while coordinating closely with various internal departments and external suppliers.
What we want from you:
Proven ability to manage work packages effectively
Extensive experience in interconnect, cable, or harness design
Strong understanding of interconnect manufacturing processes
Skilled in meeting project timelines, with a focus on prioritising critical tasks
Excellent collaboration skills across disciplines, including mechanical and electronic design, supported by clear verbal and written communication
For Security Clearance reasons to work this role you must have British citizenship or be a dual national with British citizenship
