Your new role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing all costs related to our residential building projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our projects are completed within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for residential projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Manage procurement processes and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor project costs and progress, providing regular financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project success.
- Identify and manage variations and changes to project scope.
