With an impressive track record of delivering small-to-medium residential projects, this firm are now succeeding with securing large-scale residential and urban design mixed-use projects for local developers, national housebuilders, and local government frameworks.
As a Senior Architectural Technologist with this company, you will be working to deliver projects from concept to completion, focusing on the construction and technical aspects of the projects whilst ensuring to be one of the primary contact points - liaising with clients and other stakeholders alike.
The position would also see the Senior Architectural Technologist take on the important role of leading and inspiring other members of the Architecture team.
Senior Architectural Technologist Requirements
A degree in Architectural Technology or a HNC/HND in a related field
CIAT membership (desirable)
Extensive experience in UK Residential Sector - Min 5 years
Proficiency with AutoCAD & Revit
Client/consultant liaison skills
Working knowledge of UK Building systems, regulations, and construction types
