Responsibilities:
As a Finance Assistant, you will
* Be involved in the preparation of management accounts including profit and loss and balance sheet.
* Handle journal entries on the general ledger.
* Sending out claims’ invoices to the agents/dealers and processing bank account reconciliations.
* Responsible of cash receipt allocation to the sales ledger daily.
* Assisting in the preparation of detailed accruals and prepayments.
Requirements:
As a Finance Assistant, you will need…
* Great organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* Keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work independently and in a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Packages.
* Experience in accounting and ideally studying towards an accounting qualification.
