Job Description
Location: We operate a flexible, hybrid working environment with the candidate required to travel to either our Winchester, London or Emley Moor Huddersfield office up to twice a week.

Purpose
Implements process and continuous improvement initiatives within Arqiva. Identifies inefficiencies, collating data, analysing processes and developing solutions to enhance functional efficiency and effectiveness.
Accountabilities
* Maps existing processes and assist in identifying bottle necks and inefficiencies
* Collects and analyses data to identify root cause of process issues
* Researches and identifies best practices for process improvement
* Creates reports and visualisations to communicate process improvement outcomes
* Prioritises process improvement initiatives based on potential impact, feasibility and importance / urgency
* Utilises process mapping tools, project management software and data analysis tools
* Owns the pan-Arqiva process library, ensuring it is kept up to date
* Delivers revenue recovery or cost savings greater than the cost of the CI team
* Develops plans to obtain stakeholder buy-in for change
* Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of implemented change
* Develops and maintains documentation of existing, new and improved processes
Knowledge & Experience
* Understanding of process mapping, basic data analysis and continuous improvement tools and techniques
* Preferably a background in project management, change management or management consulting
* Lean Six Sigma yellow or higher
