Project Manager – Charging Products for Industrial Electric Vehicles
Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to drive the development and production of innovative charging solutions for industrial electric vehicles. This role involves end-to-end project management, from initial development to mass production, coordinating closely with the manufacturing team in Poland to ensure smooth product transfers and alignment with our standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, coordination, and execution to deliver charging products on time, within budget, and to specifications.
Facilitate project meetings, resolve conflicts, and ensure effective team collaboration.
Identify, manage, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with the factory team in Poland for product development, ensuring seamless communication and product transition to mass production.
Prepare and manage project quotations, collaborating with internal departments (R&D, quality, sales) and external customers.
Present regular project status updates to senior management.
Oversee quality milestones (Q-gates), resolve quality issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product development, with hands-on experience across the product design lifecycle.
Skills: Strong team-working and conflict management skills; experience with SAP is a plus, with training available if needed.
Travel: Willingness to travel as required, including visits to our facility in Poland.
