Job Description
I am currently seeking a Freelance Quantity Surveyor for a valued client in Bristol.
This role may be eligible to proceed outside IR35, depending on the candidate.
My client is a subcontractor specialising in civil engineering, groundworks, and concrete solutions across London and the South West. For over 30 years, they have delivered high-quality projects for some of the UK’s most prestigious developers, covering sectors such as commercial, education, residential, retail, and traditional housing.
They are looking for someone based in Bristol or along the M4 corridor for a long-term freelance contract. The ideal candidate should have extensive previous frame experience with a subcontractor.
With a turnover of nearly £75 million last year, my client requires a strong leader capable of managing a commercial team on frame projects.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have over 3 years of experience in frame projects
* Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification
* Have relevant experience working with a subcontractor on similar projects
