We've partnered with a rapidly expanding company that is seeking a Project Controller with a background in construction, marine, defense, or civil engineering to support project controls, financial oversight, and process optimisation. If you have worked in one of these sectors and have project planning, reporting and administration skills (with good MS Project skills) we'd love to hear from you asap.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply project control processes to ensure consistent project delivery.
Use scheduling techniques to optimize project plans and track dependencies.
Monitor project progress, handle financial activities, and prepare forecasts.
Compile reports, dashboards, and performance analyses; support project audits.
Assist with contractual requirements, such as milestone tracking and payments.
Maintain project documentation and support financial processes.
Foster relationships with project managers, stakeholders, and partners.
Help develop project tools, processes, and templates for efficiency.
Qualifications:
Degree or relevant qualification in a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international setting.
Proficient in MS Project, MS Office Suite, and any ERP system experience would be nice.
Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
