Job Description
Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading supplier of various racking and storage solutions. They are looking to recruit a new Project Supervisor to effectively manage the installation of their warehouse projects across the UK. With a competitive package and scope for growth at a leading warehouse solutions provider this is a great opportunity for a professional with experience of racking, partitioning or shopfitting seeking a new role.
Responsibilities
Creating project plans to align with the requirements of the customers
Creating & issuing RAMS and ensuring health and safety is well adhered to
Reading AutoCAD to understand layout designs
Ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish
Being the representative for the company on site
Liaising with project managers to ensure the client’s requirements are metRequirements
Racking & storage experience is highly preferable, but the company would also consider shopfitting, partitioning or mezzanine experience. It is crucial that you have experience of working on site, having managed subcontractors and overseen installation projects. Holding a CSCS license is also a requirement of the role. Experience of ensuring all health and safety protocols are adhered to is also highly preferred. In terms of location, the company are open to applicants across the UK. The successful candidate will be expected to attend all customer sites up and down the country, staying overnight when required.
