Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience in a technical management role within the food production industry.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, food safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
