Joining our People and Organisation (P&O) team, this role has real breadth as your focus will be twofold. You will take responsibility for making a difference working with colleagues across all businesses within Siemens Mobility in the UK on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion topics to help develop a diverse and inclusive organisation at Siemens. www.siemens.co.uk/diversity
And, working alongside the HR Business Partner for our expanding Rolling Stock and Customer Services businesses, you will get a real insight into their specific challenges and opportunities.

- Collaborate: Work closely with the P&O Organisation and other business stakeholders to deliver P&O Strategic Objectives.
- Interact and Liaise: Supporting our fabulous employee networks in the effective delivery of their priorities, including optimising the internal and external communications tools and channels through the development of content which engages and raises awareness our all our DEI activities
- Research and Analysis: Researching and analysing internal and external survey data and reports to spot trends and heatmaps, to identify focus areas and monitor the impact of our strategic priorities.
