Ready to take the lead on data-driven storytelling in influencer marketing? ThisThat is at the cutting edge of measurement, and we’re looking for an Insight Manager to support our expanding insight team. Here, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful insights for our clients, uncovering the “why” behind their campaigns and helping shape a new era of brand measurement.
About ThisThat
ThisThat is at the forefront of innovation in influencer marketing; having given Brand Lift a lift, re-inventing how a century-old solution is used to solve for the industry's biggest pain: measurement. We’ve developed a fun, innovative approach to surveys, gathering valuable data that helps brands and agencies understand campaign impact like never before. Backed by four unicorn founders and awarded “Best Tech” three years running, we work with the top 50 influencer marketing agencies worldwide, and our clients include Meta, Uber, L’Oreal, and Amazon. Now, we’re looking for an Insight Manager to join our fast-growing team and help deliver data-driven solutions that elevate our clients’ work.
The Role
As an Insight Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing projects from client brief through to final delivery. Each project is a study, and your role will involve setting up and executing brand lift studies, analysing data, and transforming insights into powerful narratives that support client goals. Reporting to the Strategic Insight Director, you’ll be at the core of ThisThat’s mission to redefine measurement standards in influencer marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage studies end-to-end, from initial brief to final report. Work closely with our Client Strategy team to align on client needs and ensure project objectives are met.
- Execution: Set up and oversee survey creation, manage data collection in partnership with our Data Collection team, and analyse findings to provide actionable insights for brand lift reports.
- Strategy Support: Collaborate internally and externally to test client hypotheses, identify optimisation opportunities, and provide insights that maximise ROI.
- Client Collaboration: Work alongside Client Strategists to keep clients informed throughout the study process, aligning on timelines, goals, and deliverables to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Tech-Enabled Insight: Leverage our proprietary software to design and execute studies and provide feedback for our engineering team as well as data science team to co-create better.
About You
We’re looking for an Insight Manager who’s as passionate about influencer marketing as they are about high-quality research. You’ll bring an analytical mindset and a storytelling approach to data, transforming insights into a clear narrative that drives client action.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 3-4 years in an insight or research role, ideally in a social, marketing, or media context.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing brand lift research.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience creating presentations that translate complex findings into easily digestible insights.
- Familiarity with quantitative research and survey design.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and data visualisation skills, with a focus on delivering insights to non-research stakeholders.
- A passion for social media and influencer industry trends.
