Seeking an enthusiastic Site Manager to contribute to the continues success and growth of the business. You would be working in the Civil Engineering & Utilities branch of the business, which is the area the company has targeted for significant growth after landing two new significant frameworks.
About The Role:
As a Site Manager, you will lead and manage the on-site team to deliver high quality projects safely, efficiently and in alignment with the client requirements, project programmes and with budgeted costs.
Liaising with the Project Manager to drive a consistent & proactive approach to health & safety on site, manage hazards & risks. You will ensure all contractors & visitors are thoroughly inducted onto sites and monitor the progress of project programme. Build an understanding of the project budgets to drive efficiencies and oversee contractor performance.
About You:
• Previous experience as a Site Manager
• Previous experience working on Civil Engineering Utilities Schemes
• Coventry – 1 hour commute
• SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid
• Degree Qualified or relative qualification.
