Our client, a leading investment banking boutique in London, is seeking bring on a junior Analyst specialising in FIG M&A to their team in London.

Qualifications & Requirements:

ACA Qualified + Transaction Services experience (up to 2/3 years) covering insurance (specifically

Insurance distribution, Insurance brokers, MGAs, Lloyds of London Syndicates).

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams effectively, delivering high quality work on schedule.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• High resilience, willingness to learn and enthusiasm.

The Opportunity

• Working on FIG M&A transactions, including financial analysis, due diligence, valuation and deal structuring.
• Conducting industry research and market analysis to identify potential targets and opportunities for clients.
• Prepare and present reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals and key stakeholders.

The team has an exceptionally strong track record in the market and the work involved will be predominately deal execution focused.
