In-house Finance Counsel at energy giant

My client, a leading energy company, is looking for an interim lawyer with experience in commodity trading and financing to support transactions across Europe and Africa.

This is likely to be a 10 - 12 month position and an 'asap' start date.

You'll primarily work on financing transactions, such as pre export finance and project finance, while engaging with operational aspects of physical commodity trading, including contracts, disputes, and regulatory compliance.
