Accounts and Tax Senior

We are looking for an experienced accounts and tax senior to join our lovely, friendly team.

The role is full time, located at our quaint office in Willingdon and includes:

- Preparation of Limited Company Accounts for a varied range of clients on excel and accountancy softwares such as Xero and QuickBooks

- Preparation of Accounts for Sole Traders and Partnerships

- VAT Return review and submissions to HMRC (in line with MTD)

- Preparation of Personal Tax Returns

- To provide support and assistance to other members of the team when required

- Client training on accountancy software programmes

- Assistance with weekly client troubleshooting tasks

- Liasing with HMRC on behalf of other members of the team and clients

- Company Secretarial tasks including Confirmation Statement filings and Share Changes

- Working efficiently with other memebers of our close-knit team

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Accountancy experience required but qualifications are flexible.
