Head of Securities & Finance ( Financing / Liquidity / Transformation Tooling / SFTC / SFTR )

Methods are looking for a Head of Securities & Finance to work on a new 6 month contract engagement.

You will Support the Investment Support team to set-up the full lifecycle flow in SFTC tool: loading of the counterparties’ characteristics based on agreements and SSI, UAT tests, remediation plan and support the other teams as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead discussions with internal and external teams (the editor) to challenge and design the target solution (IT and processes)
• Make proposals for remediations plan to deblock pending points
• Anticipate the prerequisites needed to deploy the target solution (data, IT flow, etc.)
• Contribute to the formalization of the new operating model
• Benchmark processes and provide advice on best-in-classes processes (compared to competitors)

About You:

• Proven operational expertise in securities lending
• Experience with SFTC tool and implementation, or equivalent tooling
• Strong understanding of SFTR and related compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical skills to assess operational processes and compliance gaps.
• Ability to provide hands-on operational support and effective training to internal teams
• Ability to manage interdependencies and provide solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with several teams
