Here at ISS as one of the UK's largest and most successful facilities management (FM) providers are now looking to develop our HSEQ resource across a single account, for a corporate banking client, focusing on the their UK Headquarters building in Broadgate

We offer engineering maintenance, cleaning and building security services across the client's estate, providing a first class facilities service to keep customer site running smoothly

With a large volume of service provider, and client staff working across site, engaging in actives representing varying levels of risk it is key we have a local HSEQ Advisor to ensure everyone gets home safe

This role will set the H&S culture across the account, engaging in day to day H&S work, but also acting more strategically creating policy and working with the customer to ensure a safe cutting edge working environment

You will work to ensure all staff across the building are safe

You will also line manage another HSEQ Advisor on site.

This is a fantastic role for a qualified HSEQ professional looking to develop their career within Corporate Facilities working for a world class employer on a major account

Actions will include:

• Monitor, measure and improve HSEQ performance metrics
• Maintain ISO certification to ISO 45001, 9001 and 14001
• Embed HSEQ initiatives such as Safety Heroes and Leaders, Vision 100, Three E’s, ichoose2Bsafe Near Hit reporting and other campaigns
• Consistent process and systems fully embedded in the segment
• Safe and health workplaces for our staff
• Compliance of functional deliverables in accordance with the contractual DSE SLA's and KPI’, including monitoring of H&S deliverables incidents, inspections, audits, training, permits etc.

We need from you:

• Ideally a Lvl 5 H&S qualification (for a good candidate we can accept a lower form of certification) plus clear and focused HSEQ experience within the built environment
