JD and must have-

• Demonstratable on-prem Active Directory or Azure Active Directory/EntraID experience – must have
• Creating and managing groups, contacts, distribution lists and mailboxes – must have
• Mac software and hardware support
• Windows software and hardware support
• Strong in at least one windows/mac and at least competent with the other – must have
• Microsoft Office support, especially Outlook, OneDrive/Sharepoint – must have
• Atlassian admin experience (Jira/Confluence) - desirable
• Demonstratable familiarity with at least one endpoint management/MDM solution, preferably Intune / Endpoint / SCCM or Jamf – must have
• Demonstratable foundational network skills and understanding. Subnets, VPN, router configuration – must have
• Demonstratable experience writing user guides and documentation – must have
• Excellent communication skills
