Job Description

We are representing a niche market leader, generating around £20m in turnover, that has recently secured private equity investment to support global expansion and scale to £100m with a Marketing Leadership opportunity.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead an established team, uniting strategic marketing efforts and driving an integrated global strategy. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will oversee global marketing and brand strategy, with significant wealth generation potential through an equity stake.

The organisation has built a strong market position based on quality, enabling it to nearly triple revenues over the last five years and capture 30% domestic market share. However, this growth has been driven by brand reputation rather than commercial sophistication, which is now critical for the next phase of development.

As such, current practices need evaluation and enhancement, with a focus on building efficient strategies and processes to optimise complex customer engagement, designed for scalability (organically and through M&A). The customer base is globally diverse and highly informed, making high-value purchases. Channels span B2C, B2B, and B2B2C, in a consolidating market that offers both opportunity and the need for professionalism and a holistic approach.

If you are motivated by the opportunity to lead commercial strategy, drive impact, build on a strong brand, and benefit from high-growth, wealth-generation potential, please apply via LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid and social campaigns to drive sales growth and generate qualified leads with trackable ROI. Identify target markets and develop marketing activities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Measure and report performance across all traffic sources (paid, media packages, PPC) and optimise through conversion rate testing.
  • Lead Generation:
  • Manage B2C lead generation, maximising spend, up-sell/cross-sell potential, and ROI. Collaborate closely with sales, product, and external agencies to create profitable marketing and sales funnels.
  • Technology & CRM:
  • Implement and optimise the CRM system for scalable lead generation and customer engagement. Drive automation and map customer journeys. Evaluate and adopt new digital technologies and platforms to enhance results.
  • Organic/SEO Strategy:
  • Improve organic channels, partner micro-sites, and landing pages to boost SEO and increase inquiries. Implement SEO strategy for enhanced organic presence across key brands and products.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Develop comprehensive reporting to generate actionable insights and track KPIs (CPL, CPE, application rate). Automate reports and communicate campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.
  • Leadership:
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performance global marketing team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Brand Development:
  • Create and implement a sophisticated brand architecture for core businesses. Plan and develop brand strategies aligned with company values and market expansion goals.
