Executive Assistant - Venture Capital

Fantastic Fast-Paced firm - HYBRID ROLE 4 office, 1 home.- EA to Senior Partner + 1 or 2 others (less support). We need to see CV's candidates with a minimum of 6 years experience from ideally V.C./P.E. or fast-paced 'Tech'.

Mac user would be a big 'bonus'. Essential you have supported 3 - 4 people as this role will have ONE Senior Partner but you will also assist his small team.

You will be kept very busy as always lots going on in this fast/deal-based company - and the perfect firm to learn and progress. You will need to have excellent all-around IT, organisation, and interpersonal skills. The company has a wonderful culture - collaborative, and professional but they also like to enjoy their work and so want a friendly additional member of their hard-working fun team. It is all about the pace with these roles and the ability to juggle tasks calmly.

Duties:-

• Full diary management, including extensive and - at times - complex travel coordination
• Board meeting scheduling and broader portfolio company interactions
• Expense management
• Support with specific projects, research, presentation support etc.
• Lots more besides

You will need to be a true 'team player' to fit in well with their EA team who all get along well and help one another if they can. Time is of the essence with all - it is GO GO GO so not for the faint-hearted.
