Civil Design Engineer

Are you a Civil Design Engineer with experience of working on major infrastructure projects?

Do you have strong experience designing reinforced concrete structures?

Location: West London - Hybrid
Rate: Dependant on experience - outside IR35
Contract length: Initial 9 months with potential of several years

This is a great opportunity to work on one of the biggest substation builds in the UK. My client is a design consultancy who have taking on the civil packages of this £300mill + power project. They will be working on earthworks, bridges and supergrid transformers as well as the civil packages of the substation itself.

Anyone that has worked on National Grid projects and also had interface with Network Rail would be highly sought after.

My client is looking for a Civil Design Engineer with a strong background on the design and calculations of RC based structures.

In an ideal world the candidate will come from a major infrastructure background.

This role will be hybrid with 3 days office (South West London) with one of this days being on site (Heathrow) the other 2 can be home working.
