Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + benefits

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee mechanical projects from initiation to final handover.

Collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Ensure all mechanical installations comply with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.

Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
*
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Mechanical Project Manager role within the building services or engineering sector.
*
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and project management.
*
Proven experience managing large-scale mechanical projects, particularly in the commercial, industrial, or healthcare sectors.
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
*
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
