PDI Vehicle Inspector

As a PDI Vehicle Inspector, you'll play a vital role in our production process, ensuring the quality and functionality of our vehicles before they hit the road.
PDI Vehicle Inspector responsibilities will include:
Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI): Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications before delivery to customers.
Mechanical Assembly: Assist with mechanical assembly tasks, including fitting components, installing parts, and ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
Quality Assurance: Identify and address any defects or issues during the inspection process, collaborating with the production team to implement timely solutions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspection findings, assembly procedures, and any necessary repairs or adjustments.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
PDI Vehicle Inspector Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in vehicle inspection, mechanical assembly, or a related field is preferred.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects or inconsistencies.
Mechanical Aptitude: Basic mechanical skills and a willingness to learn and perform assembly tasks as needed.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic production environment.
