Broadreach Recruitment is Hiring a Supply Chain Manager for a Global Client!

Broadreach Recruitment, a trusted recruitment partner, has been engaged by a prestigious global client to find an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager. If you have a passion for optimising supply chain operations, building strong supplier relationships, and driving efficiency, this opportunity is for you!

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the supply chain operations of a dynamic, fast-paced business. You will take full ownership of supplier management processes, focusing on delivering high-quality materials and components that are essential to the company’s manufacturing and project management activities. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting their growing production outsourcing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Change Management

Implementing board level strategic change including programs for outsourcing operations and functions where identified

- Supplier Management & Relationships:
Establish and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key suppliers. Regularly review supplier performance, ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) are met and fostering continuous improvement.

- Supply Chain Optimisation:
Identify best practices to improve supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Manage outsourcing of production processes while ensuring timely delivery of materials and components.

- Cost & Performance Management:
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to maximize value. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure cost savings and overall supply chain efficiency without compromising quality.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with production, logistics, finance, and project teams to ensure seamless coordination across all supply chain functions. Mentor junior team members and drive strategic decision-making.

- Compliance & Sustainability:
Ensure supplier compliance with company policies and legal standards while promoting sustainable sourcing practices that reduce the environmental impact of operations.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business (Master’s preferred).
- Skills: Strong expertise in supplier management, contract negotiation, and ERP systems. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Leadership: A proactive leader with a proven ability to drive results, problem-solve, and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Outsourcing Expertise: Demonstrated experience in outsourcing production processes and managing complex supply chain routes.

Pay: £40,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
