Quantity Surveyor
South Wales
£40k - £45k + Package
Our client are currently recruting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a permanent contract. They specialise in the following areas:
* Foundation Solutions
* Drainage & Infrastructure
* Hard Landscaping
* Bulk Earthworks
* Ground Remediation
* Retaining Structures
* Piling Mats
* Civils & Highways
* GPS Controlled Solutions
The Candidate:
* HNC or HND or higher qualification in Quantity Surveying
* 5 years’ experience as a fully functional Quantity Surveyor within the Construction Industry and experience in Groundworks and Civil Engineering is desirable.
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent Communicator with strong presentable skills.
* Able to form constructive working relationships with colleagues, suppliers and clients.
* Ensuring application debtors are minimised and prompt Final Accounts are settled.
Package:
* Competitive salary dependant on experience.
* Flexible working hours available at the discretion of the Director
* Annual leave 28 days + BH
* Company Vehicle or Car Allowance
* Business Mileage
